Patent Reform 米国特許法改正

上院（Senate）で、米国特許法の改正案（下院で可決されたHR１２４９）を議論されています。
９月６日（アメリカ東部標準時）のSenateの議論の予定では、Cloture（議論集結）の投票がされる予定になっていました。

Patently-Oのブログにあるコメントでは、Clotureが可決されたようです。

And it's done. 87-5 or so, cloture invoked. I'm guessing it will
become law before the week is over.

と、記載がありました。

９月７日も上院でHR1249が審議されます。
議論された変更点だけ議論されるので、いよいよ可決されそうです。
上院で、HR1249が可決されると、上院と下院の法案が同一のものになるので、後は、大統領の署名だけです。
